Currently, our official website supports shipping methods such as 7-Eleven pickup, FamilyMart pickup, home delivery, and cash on delivery. The related fees are as follows:
✅ Shipping fee for 7-Eleven and FamilyMart pickup is NT$80.
✅ Shipping fee for home delivery is NT$130.
✅ Shipping fee for cash on delivery is NT$130 (plus logistics cash on delivery fee: Hsinchu Logistics NT$20, Black Cat Logistics NT$30).
⭕ Delivery time:
✅ Black Cat home delivery, Hsinchu Logistics:
After the order is placed, it will be shipped on the next working day, and the goods will be delivered within 2-3 working days. The delivery driver will contact you by phone to arrange the receipt.
✅ Pickup with payment at convenience stores:
After the order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days, and the goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days after shipping. You will be notified by SMS to pick up the items.
