Your ordered items will be shipped by Black Cat Express (normal temperature) or Hsinchu Logistics (normal temperature) and delivered to your doorstep based on the selected delivery time slot during the checkout process.
You can choose your preferred delivery time slot: ✅Anytime, ✅Before 13:00, ✅14:00-18:00. The actual delivery time will depend on the route arrangement of Black Cat Express and Hsinchu Logistics drivers.

📦 Pickup at Convenience Store:
Delivery times may vary depending on the convenience store (Seven-11, FamilyMart) chosen for pickup. In general, the items will be delivered within three to five business days after the order has been shipped, and you will receive an SMS notification to collect your order.
※ As there are size restrictions for pickup at convenience stores, a single order is limited to 24 bottles or less. If your order exceeds 24 bottles, we recommend selecting home delivery by Black Cat Express for faster delivery to your doorstep.
※ If you choose to pay by credit card or ATM transfer and opt for pickup at a convenience store, please make sure to bring your identification documents for collection. The recipient's name must also match the name on the identification used during the order placement.
